Lucha POWER Especial Numero UNO
The show opens with the crowd directed toward the big screen, where we see backstage El Macho talking to someone on a cell phone as Doctor Dorado walks up….Dorado: Hola hefe. We need to talk, you and me eh? Macho: Si, si. (into the phone) Sal, I will have to call you back. Si amigo, manana. Excellente. (hangs up the phone) Ok Senior Dorado, what can I do for you. Dorado: What is going on with those putos in La Guerra eh? You told me I would get another crack at that fat ass El Desconcrappo too. Him and I still have unfinished business eh? Macho: Si! Si si. In due time. For now, you have a match to get into the Golden Gate Tournament in Warrior Pro. Keep you mind on that amigo. Los Zapatos de Maderas can wait. For now, I have something more pressing we must discuss, come into my office. (both men walk into the office and close the door behind them...)Viper Lopez vs La Luciernaga vs Angelus DeiRecap: Two visting lucha’s from La Guerra faced off against resident lucha Viper Lopez. This match was fast paced and high flying from the get go. Eventually the action spilled outside, and weapons came out- with everyone swinging wildly. When the action finally got back into the ring all three women were dripping blood, and a flash arm bar from La Luciernaga was enough for the submission victory…
Winner: La Luciernaga Rating: *** Lobo Muerte vs Doctor Dorado (Winner gets a spot in the G2 Tournament)Recap: This was a barn burner of a match and one of the best matches of the year. Both men went at it from the start, and left nothing on the table. It seemed like Dorado might have this when he hit his Michinoku Driver right in the middle of the ring, but a late kickout by Lobo, followed by a running senton into his Lone Wolf finisher proved too much for the wily veteran to overcome. Extremely impressive victory by the Lobo Muerte.
Winner: Lobo Muerte Rating: *****
After the match, as he was exiting the ring Doctor Dorado spied a ZDM sign and snatched it out of a fans hand and ripped it up on his way to the back. Between matches, Pantero Negro Jr- who was last seen in a losing effort to Hexagon Jr for the World Title, makes his way to the ring to address the fans…Pantero: “Last time you saw me, I was a broken man. Debil. But no more. My arm is healed. I am ready to take back MY belt. Lucha POWER es MIO. Your hear me Hexagon?? ES MIO. (Just then, from under the ring pops out a new, unfamiliar luchadore in a clown mask, holding a chair….}The luchadore brutally attacks Pantero with the chair, then takes a light tube from under the ring and gives the final blow, leaving Pantero in a puddle of his own blood. He then picks up the mic : HAHAHahahHAHaha. Welcome everyone, to THE NIGHTMARE. (the mystery man throws down the mic and leaves the ring...)Lucha POWER Championship: Hexagon Jr. vs Dungeon DominguezRecap: A brutal hard fought match. Hexagon threw everything he had at the big man, but it didnt seem to matter, Dungeon just kept getting back up. Even when Hexagon dropped Dungeon on his head on a barbed wire baseball bat, it was as if the big man felt no pain. Eventually Dungeon would hit a neck drop of his own, into a running lariat for the pin.
Winner: and NEW CHAMPION Dungeon Dominguez Rating: ****
After the match Dungeon continues to celebrate as trash is thrown in the ring as the show goes off the air...

This Friday…. Finally… the lucha RETURNS! Lucha POWER is set to bring you all the exciting action you crave. All the best luchadores you have been asking for. Lucha. Is. BACK. The card for this month is stacked with the best talent from all over Mexico, and features a main event for the Lucha POWER Championship. The Legendary El Macho will also be on hand for a special announcement addressing rumors about the ownership of the company. Check back right here THIS FRIDAY for Lucha POWER: Especial Dos!Match Previews: Pantero Negro Jr/Neon Knights vs Nightmare Clown/Loco Dixon/El Hijo Del 8-bitLast month Pantero Negro was brutally attacked by “Happy” Nightmare Clown. This month they’ve face off in a trios match featuring the Neon Knights of TIPWF, the unhinged Loco Dixon, and Intergalactic Wrestling Consortium’s own El Hijo Del 8-Bit. Pantero obviously has a score to settle with Nightmare, but expect universal chaos in this high octane opener. Doctor Dorado vs Hexagon JrHexagon will be looking to make a statement after dropping the belt to Dungeon Dominguez last month, but that might be a tall order against the veteran Doctor Dorado, who has been looking to make a statement of his own calling out the ZDM brothers from rival promotion La Guerra any chance he can get. Lucha POWER Championship: Dungeon Dominguez vs Lobo MuerteLobo Muerte earned a title shot through an impressive run in Warrior Pro Wrestling’s G2 Tournament, but he’ll have a daunting task when he faces off with the monster, Dungeon Dominguez. The man of few words is undefeated in Lucha POWER, and his dismantling of Hexagon Jr should give any hopes for upset pause. But Lobo Muerte has been making a habit of proving people wrong lately, and a shocking win would only serve to grow the legend…

The show kicks off with El Maco walking to the ring, microphone in hand. It is noticeable how small the crowd is, with nearly half the seats in the arena empty. El Macho addresses this crowd…Pantero Negro Jr/Neon Knights vs Nightmare Clown/Loco Dixon/El Hijo Del 8-bitRecap: A frantic brawl right from the jump, with all six men getting after it. In the end, it was Nightmare clown hitting Pantero Negro with a package piledriver for the shocking victory. After the match, all six men continued to brawl, as Nightmare Clown continued his assault on Pantero till security broke it up…
Winner: Nightmare Clown, Loco Dixon, El Hijo Del 8-Bit Rating: *** Doctor Dorado vs Hexagon JrRecap: A fantastic, fast paced match that saw both men push the pace from the jump. Hexagon seemed to have the match put away early after a succession of top rope moves, but Doctor Dorado just did get a leg on the ropes. The match proceeded back and forth, with neither man able to fully take advantage of the other. Eventually the wiley veteran would counter a whip into the corner and hit a foot stomp into a “Dia de Muertes” for the impressive victory.
Winner: Doctor Dorado Rating:****
After the match, Dorado grabs a mic and addresses the crowd…
Lucha POWER Championship: Dungeon vs Lobo MuerteRecap: Dungeon looked dominate early, controlling the pace and preventing Lobo from finding any kind of rhythm. But just when it seemed like Lobo might have an answer for the big man, Sal De La Roca showed up at ringside… and proceeded to help Dungeon, double teaming Lobo and devolving the match into chaos. When a bewildered El Macho finally restored order, Dungeon floored Lobo with a lariat and followed up with a stunning moonsault from the top rope for the decisive pin fall.
Winner: Dungeon Dominguez Rating:**** After the match, a still perplexed El Macho grabs a mic…Macho: Sal, amigo, what is the meaning of this? What are you doing? Just then Dungeon Dominguez comes up from behind and cheap shots El Macho. While he’s putting the boots to the owner, a voice rings in from the entrance to the ring…Walking to the ring is La Guerra owner Adalberto Bonilla alongside Sal De La Roca...Bonilla: Do you see El Macho? Do you see what happens to competition to La Guerra? Why do you think nobody showed up to this show? Because I told them not to. Sal De La Roca did not buy Lucha POWER amigo. No. I bought Lucha POWER. I now own this company. I own this company’s champion. I own this company’s roster. I own YOU. It is a new era in lucha. Bienvenido al futuro!
